Job description:

We are looking for a talented industrial design inter to join our studio in Shenzhen. This is a great opportunity to be part of a multicultural and dynamic design studio to learn and grow in your career as a designer.

The position is a non-paid 6 months internship in which you will receive a certificate highlighting your training and your overall achievements during practice.

The current candidate will receive training on different areas of industrial design and participate in the briefings and design projects for our clients across industries. We are looking for open minded candidate that would like to explore different views and be able to collaborate and assist members of our team during the design process.

Professional skills:

Bachelor degree in industrial design, transportation design. .
No experience required, design students can be accepted with permission from their university.
Foreign students in China who apply must hold a X type visa and receive permission from their university.
Good English communication skills.
Proficient in hand sketching.
Proficient in 2D software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Proficient in Rhinoceros 3D modeling and Rendering such as Keyshot.
Good design sense and good understanding of color trends.
Self-motivated. Good sense of responsibility and time control.

Job description:

We are looking for a talented local sales representative to join our design studio in Shenzhen. The current candidate should be result-driven and will be actively seeking out and establishing new businesses. He/she will provide complete and appropriate solutions for customers (foreign & local) in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. He/she needs to engage with customers to fully understand their needs and requirements and streamline the communications between them and our design team.

Responsibilities:

Sell and promote our company services
Follow up the completion of the projects engaged.
Seek out new customers and maintain customer database.
Maintain the business relationship and ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle customer quotations promptly, accurately and professionally
Customer visits.
Visits to events and exhibitions might be required.

Requirements:

College degree or above
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
More than 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a design studio, with proven track record in sales.
Good time management and able to work under pressure
Fluent in Mandarin and English
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Highly motivated, organized, proactive and able to work efficiently

Salary: Base salary plus commissions.

工业设计师 (中国人) INDUSTRIAL DESIGNER-CONSUMER PRODUCTS.

Reporting to: Head of design.

Job description:

We are looking for a talented local industrial designer to join our design studio in Shenzhen. The current candidate will participate in designing innovating consumer products for our clients across different industries. It should be able to support the projects from the early design ideation and sketching to the final design and 3D-CMF design convergence for production. It should assist the head of design and other senior designers to accomplish the design task with excellent results while learning from their knowledge and experience.

It will work closely with engineers and suppliers to get the work done with good results, cost effective and on time. This position requires someone flexible, capable of understanding and applying the company process and culture. This candidate should be able to work on multiple tasks and open to learn and implement new ideas. We are looking for someone who is able to research but it’s also a solution provider.

The work location will be mostly at the office but it would be required time to time to visit the supplier’s site.

Professional skills:

Bachelor degree or master degree in industrial design.
2-5 years of experience in consumer products, specially consumer electronics.
Bilingual: Fluent in English (working language) and Chinese (communicate with suppliers).
Proficient in digital sketching (a must) with software as Sketchbook.
Proficient in 2D software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Proficient in Rhinoceros 3D modeling and Rendering such as Keyshot.
Candidates who are also proficient at Blender 3D will be prioritized.
Good design sense and good understanding of color trends.
Self-motivated. Good sense of responsibility and time control.
